Fee increase is statewide.

Although we did not receive notification from the courts outside of Maricopa County, it appears the 6 percent increase is statewide. Unfortunately, not all of the courts have updated their websites yet and astonishingly, not all the clerks are even aware of the increase – but they are in effect beginning today. Attached are some links that have been updated. If you are filing outside of these courts, you may want to contact your specific court directly for the proper amount.
