Maricopa County Recorder fees going up

Effective July 3, 2015 the Recorder is raising their fees.

All Deeds of Conveyance will be $15.00 plus an additional $2.00 for an Affidavit of Property Value.

All Deeds of Trust/Mortgage will be $25.00

All Releases of Deed of Trust/Mortgage will be $10.00

The new standardized fees are set at a flat rate, and include the fees for extra pages and postage and handling.
