Superior Court price increases.

The Maricopa County Superior Court is raising some of it's prices on Monday. The fees going up are all civil; complaint, notice of appeal, petition or additional plaintiffs, answer, notice of appearance, initial appearance, additional defendants, petitions to take deposition, for stay or special action, or name change, filing of an intervenor, foreign judgment, judgment debtor contesting garnishment, change of venue, petition against workplace harassment and transfers from Justice Courts re: ownership of real property, jurisdiction exceeded appellee. In general, if the fee was $304 it is now $319 and if the fee was $222 it is now $237. I will have price sheets available if you would like one. Just let me know. My understanding is that other counties are following suit. I will confirm this and let you know.
